I think i overexercised yesterday. Im feeling a little tired and hungry and depressed today. Not very energetic at all. I even thought about ice cream and cookies! But i stayed true to good food. After i ate a huge apple with PB2, and a salad, my hunger was more under control. Proving to myself that THAT HUNGER can be satisfied with healthful foods. I really wasnt so sure!

that wasnt all i ate today, just saying it satisfied me when i was craving. I cant believe ive become a salad eater!! But i have special bowls for my salads that make it easy and fun and that has made a big difference.
