Omg...it was the worst for me. It gave me brain zaps like from electricity...and I can see the flashes behind my eye lids at the top. I also heard my brain short circuiting. In 30 min of taking it, I'd pass out for an hour...at the smallest buy-able dose.

I've heard of others that can eat it like candy, not me! Good luck!
