For your blush, eyeshadow, lip, get cool colors. Warm colors will clash with your hair. When I'm wearing glasses I like to do a bold black eyeliner so you can still see my eyes behind the lenses. You can go to MAC and ask one of the girls walking around to suggest some colors for you and then go by them cheaper at the drugstore Personally, I like loreal and revlon, but I'm sure the quality of the other major brands that are in the same price range is the same.

To do your eyes like the picture, put a lot of powder on your brush and stipple (dab) it over your eye. Then you load your brush with the dark color and dab it in the corner. Don't move the brush around, just dab in one spot. Usually it will look like a mess until you put eyeliner over it, then it comes together. If you need to you can use a clean brush to gently blend the colors, moving the brush from the lighter to the darker color. You don't want to pull any more of the dark color over your lid.
