I am sorry that you are feeling bad. Perhaps the mood stabilizer needs strengthening. Some people do have two. mood stabilizers and you could talk to the doctor about that. Try to keep your mind busy doing things, especially enjoyable ones that will take the focus away from depression. Setting small easily achievable goals will give you the feeling that things are coming under control and build confidence. I hope and pray you feel much better soon.
