I have BP II as well. I can get hypomanic when something is going on, like a move f.eks. I have no recipe for how to stop it. With me, it usually runs its course. I plan for after the hypomanic phase is over. Then I know I will need rest, as I know I will plunge into a depressive periode. Try as best as you can to eat well and stick to your routines. Listen to calming music. Stay away from "fast" and loud music.
If possible, maybe you should talk about it with your psychiatrist? An adjustment in meds migth help?
