Might sound silly .. But do you have any old plates or dishes you can smash and get out some of the rage-y stuff.. I buy ugly cheap dishes and smash the holy snot out of them, Its Cathartic in a way. If you don't want to have to clean it up place one in a garbage bag and pretend your the Incredible Hulk and Smash away.
