it's hard to get motivated when you're feeling depressed . I too crochet but I haven't been able to work on it cuz im concentrating on my flute for church cuz I'm in a church choir . I had to stop going to school online cuz im concentrating on the flute right now.don't despair . things will get better as time goes by .

Vistrail 2 25 mgs daily for anxiety prn
50 mgs at night for insomnia
