I'm not sure if my GP will start a mood stabiliser without my psychiatrists input & this new psychiatrist hasn't seen me during an "up" at all so im not sure he would commence a new med without a review either so I guess I'll just have to wait. I'm whinging, I should be thankful I'm not curled up in the fetal position in tears.
