Sounds like a neat guy but if he's interested in you romantically, I'm sure he would have moved on his feelings. But, in case he's the shy kind, what's stopping you from telling him how you feel? He is an introverted person and does not let people to be closer. He is not interested at being mate, partner or other relations romaticaly or not. Meanwhile, I am not sure that we are really friends in his sight. I dread to tell my feelings because I am afraid of losing him, especially his being that is completely like my "Utopian" mate.
