That is a tough situation. I can understand your point, as I suffer from pretty severe ADHD as well.
Are you on any medications for it? If you aren't, that might help.
However, if things really aren't working out, I would honestly just quit the job. You don't need to hear his insensitive comments and deal with all that stress.
