Hi kismetie, sorry you're feeling as bad as the overdose symptoms you describe.
Just a thought, if you acted again on that impulse, you could be unlucky and actually die. You say you worry about how it would affect your Mom ..........

Possible trigger:

it must have been such a relief in some ways, the whole experience, but you were lucky to be as sick as you were, so soon, you could have had brain damage. I was a physical therapist, I treated someone with brain damage after overdosing and they couldn't even go to the toilet by themselves. It really made me think..... I had thought about doing exactly what they had done.

I hope you can stay safe. Be kind to yourself, you deserve it.
