Joshua's_Mom I am genuinely concerned for you. The world you live in is not kind to you. What do you think about my idea of taking someone with you to your therapist or doctor's appointments? I think it just might be a good thing to do.

What kind of supports do you have in place? Friends? Family? Mental Health support team? And how often do you see them? Are they accessible to you as you need them? Or do you find yourself on your own. I am lucky that I have a therapist that comes to my home and another available after hours. My having round the clock support has allowed me to focus on recovery.

Do you need a friend(s) to talk to? If you would like, you can talk to me. Feel free to PM if you need help or want to talk. I am sure too that there aare others also here that would allow you to reach out to them. You just have to ask.
