I get paranoid once or twice a week. Yesterday I thought people were looking at me. Saturday I thought people were going to shoot me and run me over. I also was just really anxious in general. My pdoc said I am depressed and have psychotic symptoms. I guess I get paranoid because I'm depressed. I take three anti psychotics and I still get paranoid once or twice a week. Does paranoia ever go away with anti psychotics?
