I have been on Lamotragine for 8+ years now. It has worked somewhat. But as of lately it seems to not work as well. I was given Sertaline (zoloft) for deeper depression, that has helped occasionally. I need to back up. I have BP-1. I am wondering does Lamotragine (Lamictal) loose its effect after long periods of use? I am on 200mg Lamictal, and I think 20 mg Sertaline. I have started to become much more iritable, anxious, even a little paranoid. This has not happened so strong with me since I started These meds. Any guidance? I also heard that Latuda is now prescribed for BP1 any one had any luck with this?
