Yes, I've actually gone through this kind of testing twice. Mostly it is just long and tedious. Nothing to worry about particularly. They might be able to break it into two sessions which isn't a bad idea because it is long. Just answer the questions as honestly and accurately as you can so that they can get the best possible evaluation on you.
