Hello everyone,
I just finished running for 20 minutes straight, no breaks, no rest.
I am running on 3 days of an empty stomach and it feels quite wonderful, I feel as if I can float, but the sad part is I still feel the need to lose weight.

I need to lose it all by December can anyone help??
