Thanks all for the ongoing support. Spoke with boss about work stuff today. Also told T a lot about how I am feeling and she assurred me that I would get through it and even if I get so stressed and can't work it won't last forever. Made me feel better. She says maybe I do feel like staying in bed with the covers over my head but I wouldn't stay there forever. It was soothing. Stress.
