Hi there dariomoving,

I used to have that problem severely both at night and during the day. I was able to get completely free of that stuff, however, by an indirect method. It only requires a little practice and it is easy and even fun to do and you can do it all day long in your ordinary life:

It gets at what I think is the root underlying process that causes depression and those intrusive repetitive ruminating thoughts.
