Have you researched any particular majors that you're interested in? You can also talk to an advisor to help you figure out what you want to major in. Since you do not want too much math, the humanities are your best bet as the science courses generally require a lot of math. I'm not sure if those degrees will provide a stable income or not. It depends on what you do with your degree. With a history degree you can become a teacher or a professor, and I've had a few professors that traveled to different countries for research.
There's also foreign language, literature, political science, etc.
