Wow...that sounds really complicated! I have been diagnosed with ptsd and chronic anxiety. I have had various medications but am not on any at the moment. I have been having weekly therapy for 2 years. Although it has been helpful in some ways, sometimes it has felt unbearable and overwhelming "reliving " my childhood traumas. Recently I have learnt "mindfulness meditatation", which has been helpful. If you google it, you can learn more about it. Its really just about being present in the "moment". Good luck.
