I've decided that I need to start doing exercise... I managed to do some running back in May/June/July but I've not done anything for 3 months now.
I don't really feel like running or cycling so decided I'll just go for a walk everyday. Just back from a 2 mile walk to the park & back. Ironically the route I take goes right past the psychiatric hospital where I go for my appointments! Handy should I ever lose the plot...
Back when I was at Uni I used to walk in & out 5 days a week which equated to 3 miles of walking everyday. It's surprising how fit that can get you just by itself. Obviously not marathon runner fit but it keeps you healthy.
