Thiscoul be a symptom of mania.

I have experiene with both. I have been full on manic without the psychosis. While i wasn't seeing things, halucinating, etc, i was making unrealistic decisions in my life and interpreting things different than those around me.

(For example, I was once pushed by a customer. I inerpreted this as an all out attack and thought my life was in jeopardy. ) isuppose some woildcall that delusional.

Hypomania. I understand is when you get the elevated state before crossing over to that state of being unrealistic. You rush to make decisions, take risks like speeding, spending money, craving socialization that might be inappropriate. Hypomania is a very e joyable state. But we are aware we arein it. I don't think this is the case with full on mania.
