I spent 8 days inpatient. This was the second time in 7 months. I should have stayed through the weekend but I really wanted out. The pharmacy didn't have one of my meds so I have to wait until tomorrow to get it. Not sure 3 days off of it is the best thing for me.

I start PHP on Thursday so I need to figure out what to do with myself for 3 days. I really hate PHP. As far as my T is concerned I will never have another suicidal thought again because I am never going back to the hospital.
