I put this on another thread but I think this is a Better place. I am an older worker and the guy who is now my boss was my coworker who hates older workers and the word hate really applies here. I can't prove age discrimination because now it is "you have to be the right fit" definition - young hire young. Then on Friday my new boss thinks the only thing I can train on is the very basic of basic parts of our job. Nine years of experience and this is what he believes. Of course I do not believe this but he is now the boss so his opinion now carries more weight.
