Never is a long time as far as I'm concerned. But hiding that information from your therapist could not a good thing. Let me explain. When information is kept from your T then they don't know the full picture and can't help you as much. Maybe it's time to find another T?! Sometimes the T ends up being not useful and must be replaced. Is about time for you? For PHP maybe you'll find in a different T that will be able to help you more. Just keep your eyes open things will get better. Sometimes if you deal with the core issue of trauma if there's trauma in your life then it can really help explore your past with a caring T. Yes what I'm suggesting is hard work but knowing what got you into this position of depression is even more valuable. Now you may not have trauma in your life but there might be still something traumatic. It's just a matter of finding that out.
