hello fellow schizoids.

that's kinda humorous, considering the diagnosis, but too i reason that if i were to relate to anyone, it'd be someone who like me doesn't relate to anyone else.

for 10 years i resided in a two-bedroom trailer, surrounded by forty wooded acres, nearest neighbor half a mile away, in the middle of nowhere - heavenly isolation. sadly, air pollution forced me out of that sanctuary six months ago, and now i'm in a new place, on 1 acre, 2000 feet higher, in a doublewide with more interior space than i know what to do with, a neighbor on each side of me, and less so in the middle of nowhere. they leave me alone, though, which is good.

recently i've been taking classes at the local university (ceramics and sculpture), but only one per semester - the mandatory contact with people is tiring, but i'm driven to advance my art and to do so i require the skills i'm learning. the additional stress is worrisome, though. can i keep it together...
