Hi pinkvilla;

It may help to think about it this way, which I think could also be beneficial for you:

That loop playing again and again in your mind is, I believe, the big sneaky trick of depression. The trick is that whether hubby deserves it or not or whether your perceptions are correct or not, that loop is hiding an underlying problem that doesn't have anything to do with your hubby in particular.
