I'm sorry this is being made so complicated for you. I've never heard of divorce proceedings preventing a child from getting medical care (I take it you're a minor), but I guess anyone can raise any kind of issue if there's a lot of nastiness with the divorce. I hope the hospital is able to see through it all to get your needs met.
