Any time ive been ip the activity coordinator left mandalas and other pictures to colour. Thats what got me through my ip time. Just a few days ago i was in chapters book store and there was a whole table of adult colouring books. I bought myself a couple then went to staples for pencils and markers and ive been able to colour my way through some anxiety and stress. I find it soooooo soothing. I cant wait to do more and if i cant sleep tonight thats exactly what ill be doing.
