As Larry said, if you just double the normal dose you may be a little uncomfortable, but it is not serious & no where close to an overdose to worry about.

I will never forget an overdose experience I witnessed while in the ER. A spanish speaking lady came in with her child. He wasn't feeling well after taking a med. She brought in the bottle with her to show the doctors what he had taken. The pill was to be taken "once" a day. When asked how many he was given, it was "once" (11 in spanish). Now, that was an overdose even though it was a simple mistake.

I have found that different people react differently to a larger amount of a drug. I have taken too many to relieve my chest pain when nothing else would help. When sent to the ER by my psychiatrist, they didn't believe that I had taken that amount. That doesn't make any difference as to the physical effects is can have on your body, so I was observed for several hours before being released. They never did believe the amount I really took. But is wasn't 2 either.

You'll be ok. Nothing that a good night sleep won't take care of.
