As others have said, you haven't failed your T even though it may feel like it.
The most important thing here is that you don't fail your Self by giving up. Most of us have lived long years in the state of unwell being we are in now. It's gonna take a lot of us a long time to work our way out of it. That means it could take years of therapy, trying different therapeutic methods, different therapists and even different medications. Taking temporary breaks from therapy can also be helpful in gaining a better perspective on things, for some.
Just don't give up on you. It's a damn hard fight sometimes, but, you can emerge a healthier, stronger person.
