I found "I Hate You, Don't Leave Me" to be a bit contrite and based on antiquated cold, clinical descriptions of BPD. It overgeneralizes , is judgmental and paints us all diagnosed with BPD as monsters. I DO NOT like that book!!!! But then, this is only one person's review of that book.

"Sometimes I Act Crazy" is an excellent read IMHO!!!!
