I rather have the door closed when im in my session with my therapist . she sits on the couch and I sit in the love seat in the office so that we are face to face in my session with her . I don't want people hearing my sob story w my therapist cuz its my time with her that I have scheduled w her to help me out .

meds: Cymbalta 90mgs at night
Vistrail 2 25 mgs daily for anxiety prn
50 mgs at night for insomnia
