Anxiety is awful. I have to work so hard to fight and avoid triggers. My mom, the clock, even some TV programs can trigger mine. Although I've recently gotten a little better after being diagnosed with stage 3 hypertension and immediately put on meds. I never cared about my high blood pressure for a variety of reasons, but after getting it under control, I saw how badly it affected my anxiety and other issues like CPTSD. Not sure what your physical health is like, but I'm just putting this out there in case it helps someone.
