Chuva I haven't read Lost in the Mirror at first glance I thought it was written by and for professionals dealing with people who have BPD maybe I was wrong? Was it written more for people who have BPD or non BPD to understand the disorder?

I really like the books written by pw BPD just to kind of grasp that I'm not alone and I can say I feel like that too! Idk why it helps but I am obsessed with books so they become my get away from the real world so when the book is my real world I feel even closer to it.
