I got hurt at work today. Hurts worse tonight. Nothing serious. Just wanted to complain a little....

I was teaching a class on how to safely and appropriately hold a combative patient. I was pretending to be the combative subject. One of the new nurses kneed me in my side and bent my arm backward at the elbow. Ouch!

My arm, back, shoulder, neck and armpit huuuurrrt!
