Hi RiverX,

I live in a rather isolated place too. Out in the middle of the country/farmland area. Nearest neighbors are a half mile each direction. I only know one neighbor, and not very well at that. I consider my living situation ideal since I'd rather not be around anyone. Plus I get to play my guitar just about as loudly as I want with my Crate half-stack amp, and no one complains.

How are your classes going? I understand the anxiety over having to be around other people in class. I took guitar lessons for about four months but the stress of being around another person and having to converse was interfering with my learning anything. I found I did better with books, DVDs and CDs. It seems, though, that ceramics and sculpture just about have to be done in a classroom type of learning environment.

After a few words, I run out of things to talk about. Which I just did.

Regards,
MS
