It sounds like you're in a stressful situation right now . I relate to the feeling of everything going wrong and its hard to be positive . I've just moved a few weeks ago and a lot has gone wrong for me so far . my cooker is not connected yet . my sofa wouldn't fit in the hall way and I'm waiting forever for a new one . I got cautioned by the TV license people the first day I moved in because the last tenants didn't pay their bill and I was the one to suffer the consequences . my sky and WiFi was not sorted out because there were set backs . I know my problems might seem minor compared to yours . my electricity payment meter was fitted in a place I don't have access to . I guess I'm just saying things go wrong for everyone and it is really frustrating .
I hope things get better soon for you and you may have good reasons to feel positive again
