Should the urine stream be high pressure and thin when the foreskin is retracted in uncircumcised males? Or is this alternate stream a result of a compressed urethra due to pressure on the penis from the retracted foreskin? I can't imagine that this kind of stream is normal, not from what I have seen or heard of other streams.

Without the foreskin retracted the urine stream is lower in pressure and wider, which I assume to be a more normal stream.
