I am grateful I was lead to it
I am learning how easy yet how powerful practicing mindfulness can be.
I also discovered that I have been using a form of it recently and I didn't even realize it. I've been doing mindful eating to lose weight and didn't know that is what I was using. It has been working even before I knew what I was doing.
Another lesson for me was that not every mindful technique is right for me.
My ultimate goal is to use what I am learning to prevent a relapse in depression. I believe it can be done. Now I just have to do it.
