I am in a day program again and again it it making my mood worse. I dislike groups and it is [trigger] increasing my suicidal thoughts. They want me to throw out my extra pills tonight. [\trigger].

I am not sure I can meet that goal tonight. Plus the dr for the program is an ***.

I am thinking of going back inpatient and doing ECT. But ECT scares me some.
