If I were in your position I would try to find someone new if a therapist tried to slap a label on me after 1 hour. The psychiatrist is the one who is supposed to make a diagnoses, not the therapist, and I have never even had a psychiatrist try to dx me after 1 visit.

I'm glad you like the new t, but this would throw up red flags for me.
