My psychologist asked what happened the last time I saw my psychiatrist and if he had recommended any medication. He did recommend it but I didn't know which then my psychologist asked if he said them would I recognize them so he said a few and then I still couldn't remember and anyway why did he keep asking me about this he knows I am not allowed to take it. Now I feel weird because I don't know if I can tell him things like what if he is going to talk to my psychiatrist and what if they plan something together ugh I dont know what to do.
