A person in your head telling you that taking medication is poison... well... that's sorta right up there for psychosis. The only person in your head is you.
That said - medicine isn't poison. You can be allergic to some medications, but you won't be allergic to ALL of them.
Your psychologist was likely asking about medication because he sees the symptoms you present and is aware of what medications are helpful for them. By asking what the pdoc was recommending, it can show him whether or not the pdoc is seeing the same symptoms from you. It doesn't mean that they've spoken or that they are working together, or that they plan to. He's probably just trying to see if they are both on the same page in regards to what you need assistance with.
