I went years skipping breakfast because I'm just not hungry in the morning. Just give a cup (or 2, or 3...) of coffee and I was good to go. But years of anti-depressants and anti-anxiety meds packed on the pounds and I had to do something.
I started to track everything I ate with a free phone app. Still nothing would come off.
About 2 years ago I started to drink protein drinks, and about 5 months ago I changed to smoothies that I make every morning. I've lost 20 lbs in 5 months. Slow going, but it's something, and it's been easy to stick with so far.
