I have found that 2 or 3 tablespoons of hummus with carrots or celery will power me thru a swim without my getting too hungry during. Almost anything else and i leave the pool cuz im thinking about food! Its very weird! Visions of Lean Cuisines dancing in my head - thats not good!! I didnt used to measure my hummus, but then i would eat it as dinner with a big plate of lightly microwaved formerly raw veg. That is probably not the way a grown up lady should eat!
