So, let me get this right? He can blur the lines but you can't? That's crap.
I don't think it's good for either of you to switch roles. The only appropriate relatinoship is a doctor-patient relationship.....this way it's ethical, and professional.
I think you should seriously consider changing. You deserve to be treated professionally and shouldn't have to question yourself because he can't behave the way he should.
Sorry if I sound so prissy, but this kind of ticked me off. You are the patient and you should not have to wonder what role to play.
