Well ok. I use the term "remedy" lightly. I mean things other than prescription drugs/therapy that can be used to effectively combat depression.
Exercise, obviously.
If anyone has a specific thing that they do, i.e. iron supplements for an iron deficiency or something of that sort, I'd like you to tell me what they are. I've heard some talk about St. John's Wort, but I have no idea what that is, how to get it, or what it does, so if anyone can explain that I'd be much obliged.
I've had pretty bad depression for almost a year now and I can't even think about therapy or prescription medicine for at least another year. Instead of lying down and taking it, I think I may be ready to fight this myself. At least fight it enough to hold on for that extra year.
