I realized the 3 walks a day is a tad too ambitious for right now, so I've decided to keep it at 2. That's still over a mile a day which is a lot better than nothing at all.
Having a difficult evening. I think I'm having withdrawals from not eating as much sugar as I normally do, not in the best mood
