Taking meds every second day or not as prescribed will give you side effects. Miss one day and you start the cycle.

Take the meds as prescribed. Write down ALL of you symptoms that you feel are med related and discuss with pdoc. Mid November is only a few weeks away.

Be cautious with welbutrin - that sent me absolutely nuts. Very similar to what you describe but I know you have had this feeling without it.
